• CHECK IN TIME:                 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM​

  EXTENSION OF STAY:         Depends on type of room accommodation and is subject to room availability
   

• Full payment of room accommodation and a minimum security deposit of 500 php* is required upon check in.

 

• For direct bookings and bookings made through booking.com, a 50% bank deposit of the total amount is required as reservation fee and must be made within 48 hours after making the reservation.

 

• Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will be refunded the total amount paid, for cancellations made 7 days before arrival, half of the total amount paid will be refunded. No refunds for no-shows and cancellations made within the day off arrival.

 

• Corkage fees are applicable to liquors, beers and sodas. Bringing of food and use of BBQ grills is free of charge.

 

• There is an electricity charge for all electric appliances brought to the resort.

 

• No pets allowed.

• The resort has a NO-SMOKING POLICY in all rooms. Smoking is only allowed on designated smoking areas.

 

• Room rates are inclusive of entrance fees and use of beachfront huts and tables. Excess persons are subject to extra person charge or another room accommodation.

 

• ​Swimming is only until 6PM. Night swimming (beyond 6PM)  is allowed at your own risk. The resort will not be liable for any untoward incidents that may happen.

 

• Do not leave valuables unattended. The management will not be liable for loss/damaged properties inside the room and resort.

 

• No excessive noises after 10PM. Those who availed of videoke machines should lower the sound after 10PM.
